The Virtual Design Process

Step 1
Get Inspired and Choose Your Range

We offer a virtual design and presentation service for those who wish to remain physically distant.

View and download our look book (Download PDF).

Step 2
Complete the Customer Enquiry Form

Complete our Customer Enquiry Form to help capture specific elements that are important to you for your new kitchen in order to better inform our design process.

Step 3
SKETCH / DRAW YOUR SPACE

Provide a plan drawing (view from above) of your room with the relevant measurements to help us create an appropriate design. Here is an example of a room with measurements.

Step 4
TAKE SOME PICTURES OF THE ROOM/ SPACE

We will also need some pictures of the room. This is important so we can get a sense of the current room layout and where supplies such as water and gas may be situated. Pictures should aim to capture any unusual or restrictive features – for example; boilers, consumer units, beams or split level floors. Please ensure your pictures capture all the walls in the space.

Step 5
SUBMIT YOUR SKETCH, CUSTOMER ENQUIRY FORM AND PICTURES

One of the team will get in touch with you to confirm we have received your information and have a discussion so you can ask any further questions and we can clarify any questions we might have.

Step 6
Virtual Design Presentation

We will contact you to let you know when your design will be ready for presentation. We will use video conferencing software to facilitate this. You will need a tablet or laptop which has a camera, microphone and speakers. You will need a good quality and stable internet connection.

We believe the virtual design presentation options and processes we are adopting will help keep us all safe and allow progress to be made in having us create your dream kitchen.

So, please get in touch and we can get the ball rolling!
