Do you offer supply only?

Do you offer installation?

Yes, Ashton Lewis Kitchens offer a full installation service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen goes as smoothly as possible. Read more about our services here.

Do you offer a measuring service?

Yes, Ashton Lewis Kitchens will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. This is a non-invasive survey meaning we will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during our visit. The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes.

How long will it take in install a new kitchen?

This is dependent on the size if the project. Ashton Lewis Kitchens will discuss your needs and plans for your new installation, we will then be able to give an estimated timescale for completion.

Do you carry out all of the other work (electrical, plumbing, plastering etc.)?

Yes, depending on the service you choose.  Ashton Lewis Kitchens can carry out all other work as specified or requested by our clients in accordance with the relevant regulations. This will be stated on the order confirmation and agreed before works start at the property.

Is the design service free?

A prospective customer will recieve an in-showroom presentation of their initial design without charge. If a prospective customer wants to take the design away or sent digitally to them, it will be availiable for purchase at a fee of £250.  This design fee would be offset against the value of an order should a prospective customer become and actual client.  Designs and plan drawings are sent to clients once the deposit is recieved.

How quickly can you deliver my order?

All of our kitchens are manufactured and made to your order confirmation details and specification.  Therefore, leadtimes can vary depending on the specifics of materials required and the degree of bespoke working required.  Typically we operate between 6-8 weeks from the point of confirmed order and deposit payment.  That said, for standard and stock items, leadtimes can be as little as 2 weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Bank Transfer and we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercards.

When do I need to pay?

A deposit is required when your order is confirmed. The remaining balance will be invoiced periodically throughout the process if you choose our Full Service or Installation options.  If you choose Supply Only the remaining balance will be need to be paid prior to reciept of the goods. T&C’s apply.

What happens to the rubbish?

For our Full Service and Installation Service options, Ashton Lewis Kitchens will include the disposal of all waste and packaging (including the old kitchen installation) generated from the project.  For the Supply Only Service, waste removal/management would be the responsibility of the client.
